Jim has a lifelong passion for the customer experience. For more than 20 years, he has helped companies build customer-centric cultures, increase customer engagement and build lasting and mutually beneficial relationships with clients and employees. Jim has led customer engagement initiatives in retail, hospitality, healthcare, nonprofit, technology, professional services and government sectors. His motto is simple: “If you want your customers to love you, you have to love them first!”
Over the years, he has become an expert in designing and implementing successful customer experience and customer engagement initiatives within an integrated marketing strategy that drive business growth and profitability. Jim’s goal is always the same – increase customer loyalty. His client list includes Harford County Public Library, The Living Legacy Foundation, Red Book Connect, Subway and NATCO. Organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies use his proven processes and methodology to design and deliver exceptional customer experiences that increase revenues and improve the bottom line.
Active in the community, Jim serves on The Maryland Business Roundtable for Education speaking with middle school and high school students about the benefits of achieving excellence in school. He counsels local small business owners through the Cecil County Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and volunteers as youth wrestling coach. Blessed with two terrific kids (Josh, 15, Gracie 14), a beautiful wife (Deanna), and two of the cutest dogs you’ll ever meet (Sweet P and Bones), Jim calls Fallston, Maryland home.
